Delivery Times:

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5-7 business days, but we can provide a ‘Next Working Day’ or ’48 Hour Delivery’ service if you require your order urgently. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, any orders for next-day and 48-hour delivery must be made before 2 pm. If you order next-day delivery on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Can I receive my order at a different address?

Yes, you can add a different delivery address when placing your order. If the billing address is different from your delivery address, we will send the invoice to your billing address. Please note that your billing address is where your payment card is registered.

Shipping Costs:

Delivery is free! 24-hour and 48-hour delivery is available to most areas, except for Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. If you order items less than 30kg, they will be shipped as parcels. On the other hand, if you order items over 30kg, they will be shipped as pallets. If your order is being shipped to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, you may incur an additional shipping charge. We will contact you regarding the shipping cost, and your package will not be sent until you accept the charge.

Last Minute for Next-Day Delivery:

The latest time you can place an online order for next-day delivery is 2 pm.

Transport Services:

We use various carriers, such as DHL and DPD, depending on the size of the package and the shipping address.

Picking in Progress:

We are collecting and packing your order in our warehouse.

Pending Payment:

Your order is waiting for successful payment.

PayPal Pending:

Your order is pending PayPal payment.

Payment Review:

Your order is on hold due to a payment issue. Please contact Customer Service.

On Hold:

Your order is on hold due to a payment issue. Please contact Customer Service for details.

Sent:

Your order is on its way.

Canceled:

Your order has been canceled. Please talk to Customer Service if you haven’t requested it.

Back Order:

Your order is out of stock or a pre-order item and will be processed when the stock is available.
