In addition to your legal rights, our goodwill return policy allows you a refund or exchange for products purchased online or in-store with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The original shipping charge will not be refunded unless the item is defective or damaged. Return Information
Cancel An Order
If you have placed an order on our website and would like to cancel it, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at +447418359174 or Sales@gymsworld.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we will try to request the couriers to return the items to us. Alternatively, you can refuse delivery when it is attempted.

Failed Deliveries
We offer a Leave Safe service for all of our deliveries, which allows the courier to leave your package with a neighbor or in a secure location if you are not available to receive it. The courier will take a photo of the item and the location where it was left as proof of delivery. In case this arrangement is not suitable for you, please contact our Customer Services team at +447418359174 or Sales@gymsworld.co.uk before placing your order, so we can discuss alternative delivery options.

Couriers will attempt delivery a total of three times before returning the package to us. If the courier has been unable to deliver and there has been no safe place or neighbor to leave the package with, it will be returned to us and we will process a refund.

Pallet deliveries –
If you are ordering items that weigh 30kg or more, they will be delivered on a pallet. In case you choose a pallet delivery, please ensure that there is someone present at home to receive the pallet on the delivery date. Alternatively, make sure there is a safe location to leave the pallet so that it doesn’t get returned to us.

If there are any obstructions or access issues, such as narrow roads that might hinder the truck delivering your order on a pallet, please inform us as soon as possible. In case the delivery of a pallet fails due to the driver being unable to access it, additional charges may be incurred.

Returns and replacements

Defective Items:
If you need to return a faulty item to us, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service department first. You can reach us at +447418359174 or via email at Sales@gymsworld.co.uk. We may request you to provide a photograph of the faulty or damaged goods, but if required, we may also ask you to return the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will either repair or replace it for you as necessary.

We will not refund shipping charges for any item returned to us without confirmation from our Customer Service department.

Non-Defective Items:

If any item does not meet your expectations, you may return it to the mailing address below. It must be returned unused within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you obtain proof of return from the carrier.

Please Note: We can only cover the cost of returning faulty or damaged items.
